Step 1: Reserve your PetTrakr
Reserve and pay a AU$100 Reservation Fee online. You will receive acknowledgement of your reservation. We will then aim to confirm your trip details within a week but this can take longer. We will keep you updated.

Step 2: Pay the Balance + Deposit
Once your reservation is confirmed with the Pet Travel Provider we will send you a welcome email which will also include a payment link to pay the balance of trip fee and a refundable device return deposit. If you prefer you can also pay this by bank transfer to avoid any card surcharges. Please use your Pet Travel Provider's reference on the bank transfer. Please pay this as soon as you can. We need at least a week to ensure the device is prepared and shipped to the relevant location ahead of your pet's trip.
Depending on your destination this will be the trip amount minus the Reservation Fee you have already paid. e.g. AU$600 - AU$100 Reservation Fee = AU$500 to pay.
We need to ensure that our devices are returned to us at the conclusion of your trip. We will also ask for a fully refundable Device Deposit of AU$300.
We will then arrange for a PetTrakr (and prepaid return satchel) to be shipped to your Pet Travel Provider who will ensure that it is fully charged and attached securely to your pet's travel crate.
Step 3: Follow your Pet!
Once we receive full payment we will send you a welcome email. Your welcome email will include a link that is unique to your pet's trip. You will be able to access the link ahead of time and check the itinerary. Once the trip starts you will begin to see updates dropping through. Step 4: Return your Device
You will need to ensure that the device is removed from your pet's travel crate and packed into the provided return envelope. Once you have posted the device please send the tracking number to hello@pettrakr.com.au at which point we will refund the full Device Return Deposit.
Once we have the tracking number we will refund the full AU$300 Device Return Deposit.
